There is a connection to health through the oft-used saying “An apple a day keeps the doctor away.” The apple in your dream may also be associated with temptation from the mythology of the Garden of Eden and its use to tempt Adam and Eve. But remember, the apple is also connected to wisdom, as it is the fruit on the tree of life from the same mythology.
