Clock

As a machine, it is linked with ideas of perpetual motion, automatism, mechanism, etc. The clock can represent human destiny, as it is the measurement of your time. Its sound, further, reminds one of the beating of the heart, which identifies it with the emotional side of your personality. It could manifest that your life is governed by artificial routine that has created organized society. In this sense, you should live more casually and think less about time and dates.

If you see a clock that is behind, it is a sign that you have the tendency to leave issues hanging.

If it is fast, it means that you suffer stress and it would be best to relax some.

If the clock shows the exact time, it indicates that you are losing time and that the moment to decide to act has already come; although it could also be a warning to be more punctual.

If it shows that there is one minute to midnight, it denotes your desire to advance a situation that affects you.

If it is stopped, it manifests the status of your emotions.

Dreaming of various clocks with different times is synonymous with disorder and confusion. Lastly, dreaming of a chronometer evidences that you do not have your emotions under control. (See HANDS (of a clock) and TIME)

The regular movement of the clock indicates that everything is going well. Losing it in dreams indicates changes in your life or the possibility of starting a new stage of growth. Listening to the ticks of the clock presages the arrival of bad news.

Clock

Time element. Allotted time.Check conditions surrounding the clock and the appearance of the clock. It is talking to you about time, a cycle, age or duration of something. Carl Jung called all circular images a “mandala.” It is one of the most important dream symbols which represent the psychic center of personality.

It is symbolic of wholeness, completeness, and unity of the self.

The clock is a mandala that revolves and it may represent immortality. On the lighter side, when you are dreaming about a clock, time is an obvious issue. You may be currently experiencing anxiety in regard to a time-sensitive situation.

For example, people worry about their “biological clock” running out, or they are concerned about not being “on top of things.” In general, however, this dream may be a reminder that you need to speed up your actions and that time is an important factor. Old dream interpretations say that if you hear a clock strike, (or alarm go off), positive things will happen to you, and if you are winding a clock, you will fall in love! When interpreting this dream, try to remember the time and then attempt to understand how those numbers are meaningful to you.
